Website role

Corfu Best Boats provides planning and enquiry information for Corfu boat rental, yacht-style private tours, skipper-led trips, self-drive options, and route-led Ionian boat days. The website is not a confirmed booking contract by itself.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, sending an email, or requesting availability does not confirm a booking. A booking is only confirmed after availability, price, route, inclusions, cancellation terms, payment requirements, and operator conditions are agreed directly.

Routes, boats, and availability

Route descriptions, boat categories, trip examples, and availability discussions are provided for planning. Exact boats, departure points, timings, route stops, prices, skipper requirements, and inclusions may vary and must be confirmed before booking.

Weather and safety

Boat trips depend on sea conditions, wind, weather, local rules, operator judgment, and safety requirements. Routes may be changed, delayed, shortened, postponed, or declined where conditions make the original plan unsuitable.

Self-drive suitability

Self-drive boat rental may depend on local regulations, route limits, boat category, operator policy, customer experience, group profile, and weather. If a self-drive request is not suitable, a skipper-led or different route option may be recommended.

Third-party operators and partners

Some enquiries may involve boat operators, skippers, or service partners. Their own booking terms, payment rules, cancellation policies, insurance conditions, safety instructions, and operating decisions may apply.

Information accuracy

We aim to keep information useful and current, but public website content may not reflect real-time fleet, price, weather, or availability changes. Always confirm final details before relying on them for a booking or travel plan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corfu Best Boats is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed website information, weather changes, operator decisions, third-party services, travel disruption, or changes to availability after an enquiry is submitted.
